Professional and courteous. Really worked hard to get car out and worked with insurance company.
My BMW I5 recently suffered significant damage in a crash. My advisor David Guerrero at Advantage BMW Downtown managed my repair extremely well. This included protracted negotiations with my insurance company to ensure that all the necessary repairs were made with original BMW parts. My car is now like new and I am very satisfied with everything that was done.
On time, very clear about what you are getting and paying for. Overall great service.

I had an excellent experience with BMW’s roadside assistance and service department. Yesterday, I got a flat tire and called BMW Roadside Assistance. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and quickly replaced my tire, making a stressful situation so much easier.
After that, I went to the dealership, where they replaced the damaged tire with a brand-new one. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful.

I appreciated the service..everyone seemed genuine. I appreciated that everything was not an upsell. They found the positives in the car and showed items that were concerning but could have wait a few more months. Liked that they had a separate waiting area with coffee and I appreciated the ride home and also the return pick up that was offered.

When first entering the establishment I was not greeted by anyone until I met salesman Mohammed on the third floor. He was cheerful and polite, quickly got me into a test drive and sat down to negotiate price. I took my X3 in for service and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire team is incredibly sharp and runs with an efficiency that BMW HQ in Bavaria would applaud. I took my X6 in for a nail in the tire. The tire was replaced in a reasonable amount of time while I waited in the super nice waiting area. I was able to prized the WiFi and remain productive. My new Service Tech Rosie Ramirez was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Visited service department on several occasions, always the same makeup of people. Blacks driving BMW are far too great (demographics and data supported) to not be represented in all areas of BMW
