My experience here was mostly great. Very appreciative of the kindness from Benjamin who helped facilitate the sale and all the employees when we walked through the door. My experience here was mostly great. Very appreciative of the kindness from Benjamin who helped facilitate the sale and all the employees when we walked through the door. Easy and straightforward purchase of the car and never felt like a burden to them. The only issue I had was when we got to financing. The man we worked with (not Benjamin) didn’t seem to like that I turned down all the extras and so he seemed to get a bit hasty with me. He tried to add a fee back in I told him I didn’t want and then he seemed extremely aggravated that I wanted to read the papers before signing. Honestly, very frustrating. The vehicle was going to be detailed before pickup and Benjamin was communicative and made sure I had all the pieces ready to go for the next day when I picked up the car. very straightforward and pleasant experience, financing aside. Thanks, BMW!
Consistently get great service from Ana at the dealership, she is always professional and detailed about the service provided.

Great service. My service adviser ,Ramon was very helpful. The mechanics found a bubble on one of my tires, that I was unaware of
Excellent service! The alignment was perfect, and the blacked-out wheels look amazing. Professional, efficient, highly recommended!
