I appreciated the service..everyone seemed genuine. I appreciated that everything was not an upsell. They found the positives in the car and showed items that were concerning but could have wait a few more months. Liked that they had a separate waiting area with coffee and I appreciated the ride home and also the return pick up that was offered.

After hearing that I will not be returning to Clear Lake. Made me question the breaks and rotors replacement I had done at Clear Lake on a car with only 25k miles, was that needed? Midtown, y'all are killing it!
My Service Advisor, Emma was extremely helpful and polite. She kept me informed about the process and talked to the servicemen about an issue that I was concerned about. I would highly recommend her and Advantsge BMW.
