The service is exceptional, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure I understand what needs to be done, what it will cost and the time to complete. Communication throughout the process is informative and helpful, and the shuttle drivers have always been prompt and friendly.
I appreciated the service..everyone seemed genuine. I appreciated that everything was not an upsell. They found the positives in the car and showed items that were concerning but could have wait a few more months. Liked that they had a separate waiting area with coffee and I appreciated the ride home and also the return pick up that was offered.

Midtown, y'all are killing it!
My Service Advisor, Emma was extremely helpful and polite. She kept me informed about the process and talked to the servicemen about an issue that I was concerned about. I would highly recommend her and Advantsge BMW.
I recently move to Houston and my AC stopped working. David was super helpful and got me back on the road quickly. Will definitely continue to use this dealership for service.
